Marty and Baird and Warner helped us buy our first home and sell our first home. He was just as attentive to us during our sale as he was the purchase. He knows the best way to sell a house and what it takes to sell it for the best price. This was our first time selling a house and Marty did a great job at holding our hand through the process. Any concerns or fears we had were assuaged by his knowledge of what buyers typically do and why certain things were being done. During the whole process he never once seemed impatient or like we were wasting his time. It made use feel more at ease and better about everything. Marty was successful in lowering our taxes by $1,300. I have had many realtors in my life. Marty is be far the best and I wish I was selling or buying right now so I could work with him again.
